What if something is wrong with my order?
- If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact ecom@relentelssmerch.com with your order number.
- You the customer are responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been delivered to the address that was provided.
- If a package is returned due to address errors on your end, you the customer will have to pay for to reship.
- You, the customer, are also responsible for filing claims with carriers if a package is lost.
- You the customer are responsible for any customs fees.
